Look closely and don't be fooled by the 48-50 I strument cluster. It's a complete 51-52 cab with the dash opening modified for the earlier cluster. It's got a 51-52 radio and speaker opening....

Broken valvetrain parts + no compression + blowback through the intake = grossly incorrect camshaft timing. Pull the timing cover and inspect for a slipped or broken timing chain and/or gears.
