The only part # I came up with was a Murry 48809. I am not sure why the one you had did not line up. That Murry # should be easy to find or cross to another number.

I believe that is a t-18. Look at the drivers side twards the front at the bottom and clean the rust and grease and it should be cast in it t 18. Also the top cover twards the rear should have t 98...
