Where do you buy hoses? I've never gotten a hose that long, rated to that high of pressure with fittings for that cheap.

I agree that Dieselsite's price is a little high, but it's not too bad when your factor in the cost of an OE IH pump (non-aftermarket). I went that route and spent close to $350 for everything IIRC....

It's my understanding that a chip will not work between different PCM codes. You should check, but I think a 2002 F-Series will likely be VDH5 as well.

Where are you getting the pressure reading from? I'd check the spring as well, could be that it's blinded up and causing fuel to leave as fast as it's coming in.
