I can't wait until the day my father finally decides to pass his 95 on to me. It's also been in our family since new. It'll be done in the same fashion as yours, a 100% stock rebuild.

I've always left them off axles when I've torn them down and haven't ever had any issues, even on dedicated trail rigs. In the Midwest most of them have rusted off anyway.

You can use any bench seat from 96/97 and older F series, you will just need to unbolt the seat tracks from your original seat and install them on the replacement.

I've only dealt with private sellers so my opinion should be taken with a grain of salt. ANY truck that has rust issues and malfunctioning 4wd and A/C is worth less then 4k.
