If you either fit an entire housing assembly, or retrofit a HID housing into your existing headlight (ala that patrol forum link) you are good.

The 6.7 is better than the 6.4 or 6.0l in that regard (most major stuff doesn't require a cab lift), but the double radiators and all the coolers it has means there is always a pipe in the way of...

Yeah, the way the "filament" spreads the light is very different, so the housing should be designed to support that type of globe.

Should be 5.29 axle ratio.

I don't know what trans is fitted.
The MT-643 uses SAE 2 bolt pattern, as does the Ford 6.6, so should bolt straight up.

Thats not bad at all.

I'm impressed how light the truck ended up, should help a lot in the sand/rough stuff. My truck weighs 3500kg before I put fuel in it, or a bum on a seat.

Mine occasionally does that when the transmission fluid isn't warm and I'm very light on the throttle. Its always done it with H&S's transmission tuning...

Yeah, the 2.2l 4cyl and the 3.2l 5cyl (in the Transit/Ranger) is a great engine, but it doesn't have the CGI block etc. that the 2.7/3.0l V6, and 4.4/6.7 V8 use.
