Does anyone have a pic of the installed Mid Fifitied Adjustable rear spring hangers on their 53truck

I bought these and as I'm looking at them I don't see how they are going to lower the rear end 3.5 inches as they say. I need to install these I think before I mount the mustang fuel tank in the back...
