I tried that. It did tow a little better but gas mileage went way down towing or no. It was so bad, I swapped it back to 3.08. The 302 still did better, mileage & power wise.

Front & rear sway bars are the same for 2 or 4wd. Don't forget to get the lower coil spring mounts with the sway link tabs.

I would say yes, it is a big deal. Look under the dash at all of the wiring harnesses, cables, vacuum lines, a/c & heater, every bit of that is going to have to come out of your truck & go into donor...

To be honest, I haven't checked for codes. I will & report back. The CEL is very inconsistent. It might go a week w/o it coming on or it could come on several times in my 12 mile trip to work.
