Steering knuckle rubbing on lower control arm??

I have a 2005 f150. It seems that the steering knuckles are rubbing on the lower control arms on both sides when turning. Does anyone know why is this happening? I replaced the ball joints on Friday...

Does it matter if you use the 1 inch or the 1 7/8? Originally, my truck has a 1 inch.
