I have an early '99 7.3L Power Stroke engine out of an Early '99 F-350 RCLB. The truck was a ZF6 manual, but the flywheel has been removed and will not come with the engine.

All Ford EFI systems have a rev limiter. The 460's are set very low stock, less than 5,000 RPM I believe.

There are no factory EEC-IV 460 MAF systems as far as I know. Most people adapt setups...

Cool project, but this isn't the way to turbocharge a vehicle. With a 1:1 fuel pressure regulator, your engine is not getting any additional fuel once it gets into boost.

The no communication was probably from a bad capacitor, but the hard starting while cold could be a bad engine coolant temperature sensor.
