Even my "old" 2001 V10 likes to get it's legs stretched before it comes alive.

For whatever reason, it seems the programming on all of these engines only comes alive when the thing is beaten on...

I don't think my 2001 required synthetic in the front.

The Ford "Sterling" 10.25/10.5" rear axle REQUIRES synthetic. Synthetic for these is usually only available in xxx/140 oil. (see note below)...

The only thing I can think of is if you had a vacuum leak from that cracked intake plenum, it MIGHT have burned a valve that way. Without taking the head off, you won't know what really happened.

If the tune was that far off to cause any issues, you would have noticed it running like crap before anything broke or got...

Doing just the y-pipe on the 2-valve V10 will definitely help low-end throttle response. It equates to a quicker application of torque whenever you hit the go-pedal.

Whether or not that helps...

Can you find out for me what Android version you are running from...
