Mike, 3.55 is the standard ratio on the 11+ EB FX4s. The 3.73 is an option for that trim, and would become standard with Max Tow.

Nitto and Toyo have sizes in the Terras and O/C AT2s that will fit without a level. You'll have to step up on width though to the 285. Cooper makes the Zeon LTZ in a couple sizes that'll fit...
