Looking for suggestions

Greetings everyone,

New guy here and this is my first question, looking for advice. I have a 95, F150 with the 302 engine. What is the best code reader available for my year of truck, where can I get it, and is it difficult to use? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks :-X21

I dont know the answer to your question. But the chances are if you go to the specific forum for your truck, you will find your answer. Go to the forum drop down at the top of tha page and hit the list option. You can then search through that list for the right forum. Good luck!

96 is the start of OBDII IRCC, Napa would know but im pretty sure its one of those wierd older ones that were the little light blinks the code out at yah.

Ahhh!! Like Morse Code???

Don't want to have to do that with too many beers in ya!! Ha! Ha!!

You could mistake a blip for a bleep!!! :-jammin

Then you'd be screwed!!! LoL!!

Indeed I always got lost looking at them when I was sober! But I could see ending up like this...

"Damn did it say, Ouch fix my #5 spark plug? Or how long can I get him to stare at the blinking light!"

Ha! Ha!! Ha!!! Exactly!!! :-X10
