how to replace a brake line

replaced the line over the rear on the 90 f 250 today, and thought Id take ya'll along for the ride.
find the leak

remove the line ends
http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/t...akeline003.jpg
open the clamps
http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/t...akeline007.jpg
set up the tools, measureing tape, magic marker, cutter, and flareing tool kit. remember that brake lines require a double flare
http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/t...akeline008.jpg
set the line you removede next to the new one
http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/t...akeline009.jpg
measure the 1st bend
http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/t...akeline010.jpg
make mark on new line
http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/t...akeline011.jpg
place center of bender on mark, and bend
http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/t...akeline012.jpg
continue this process untill all bends are made. the line is too long at this point, so measure, mark, and cut it with the tubing cutter. do not use a hack saw, it will leave a rough edge
http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/t...akeline013.jpg
http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/t...akeline014.jpg
set up the flaring tool, with the double flare adapter in it
http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/t...akeline017.jpg
remove the adapter, and flare it again
http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/t...akeline018.jpg
flare should look like this. if it has any rough edges, clean it up with some emery paper, make sure to blow off any dust
http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/t...akeline019.jpg
put line back on, use care to keep it straight when starting it, or you will cross thread the brass, and have to start over
http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/t...akeline021.jpg
tap the clamp lightly with screwdriver handle to lock in the line
http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/t...akeline022.jpg
hook up other end, and clean off all spilled brake fluid with brake clean
bleed the brakes, I use a clear tube into a clear jar, so you can see the bubbles.

check for leaks, if none, your all done. thanks go out to Bud & Jr for help in makeing this thread:D
