Hello, Got some Q's
 

Hi, I just bought an 94 f250 extend cab, 8 ft bed, dually, 7.5l with 160k mi. And have some question on it. I'm having this somewhat loud ticking sound from the engine bay when i drive but can't hear it when it just sit. When i just site and rev the engine i don't hear a ticking sound but when i drive and give some gas the ticking sound is audible.
My first reaction when i heard it was an exhaust leak but i should be able to hear it when i'm in park or neutral and reving the engine.


I was wondering if theirs anyone local i can drive my truck to get it check out by a local member and see what it could be. would bring it to my mechanic but money is tight and that won't be fun.
