Man what a drive....

I just got back from Mcalister (sp?) Oklahoma. 374 miles round trip for a free to good home 351C. It was a nice trip but I don't think I'll be doing it again soon.

McCalister, that's a good little drive from HS. I'm guessing you went through Mt. Ida, Pine Ridge, Mena and followed Hwy 270 through Rich Mountain, Heavener and Wister? I've often though some of the best looking territory in Arkansas is the Ouchitas around the Rich Mountain/Page area.

What did the Cleveland come out of do you know?

Well at Mena we took hwy 8 out into Ok. It turns to 63 at the state line. It was a straighter shot. Real nice drive and we got to see a great looking 71 F-100 when we got to the guy's house to get the engine. I'll be glad when I get mine going again!
