F 250 STOLEN keep an eye out for it
 

My truck was stolen last thursday in San Antonio from the Imax Theater parking lot in the RIM shopping center off of I-10 and La Cantera Parkway. I parked it at 12:56 PM and got out of the movie around 3:30. They stold it quickly because I left my cell phone in it to charge and my wife called it at 1:08 and went straight to my voice mail telling me they turned it off. I don't have any good pictures of it besides my avatar. The camper shell was not on. There are stickers on the back windsheild that are volleyballs and KENDALL under one and Canyon Lake . The truck is a dark green and beige on the bottom with Frontier replacement bumpers front and back. I'm sure it was headed for mexico at least that is what I have been reading on the net about these trucks being stolen for smugguling. So please keep you eye out for it and if you do see it give the police a call. It has been reported stolen. The tags are 482-7AE. last 6# in VIN D42492 and it is a F250 CC Larait 4x4 Diesel.

Any news? You have insurance coverage? I know that sometimes that does not help too much but it at least is something.

Well good news I got my truck back and all that was messed up was the driverside door lock and body was bent a little bit from them hiting the screw driver to break the lock, also the ignition was broken too. Inside the cab there was trash everywhere, and in the bed was 2 pallets and a 2x4 with a tarp nailed to it, gues they were hiding. Motor runs good and trans shifts good too. But they stold all my tools and gun and other personal items about $1500 worth, and that is covered under my home owners insurance and my deductable is more than that. So I lost that but got my truck back in one peace and nobody was hurt. I'm a Happy PSD owner again.

Damn that is good news, Could have been worse like them taking your gun and having target practice on the engine.
