Easy Mod for you 07 08 & 09 models
 

My 07 Expy's rear wiper got a little bent up in the car wash last week, so I figured why not upgrade to the 10 model rear wiper that is concealed in molded plastic. For about $20 and ten minutes you can switch it over.
Part numbers are pictured below. Wiper arm was $7.23 and blade was $11.98

I thought I would and ordered it but as it turns out the arm comes with cap and all, existing 13mm nut works as well.

Well looks like this is my next mod....now off to Ford with part number in hand. THANKS!!!!

I got the parts online at Tasca Ford Parts, but they sent the wrong wiper blade with the wiper arm, I returned the blade and picked it up locally at my dealer same day, for the same price, without shipping cost, which is where I should have started in the first place.

I can tell you with my 10. . .the wiper doesn't fold out (not sure if previous models do or not) so it makes it a PITA to clean all of the window because the wiper does get in the way

the one I have only extends maybe 1.5" from the window...so it sounds like it's the same eddie

The one I just put on folds out just as much or a touch more then the metal arm and blade I replaced with, I had no trouble getting a rag underneath the wiper to clean the window.

How hard was the install? Does the assembly inside of the rear window have to come out?

One 13 mm nut and off comes the arm takes some pulling but it does come off.

I just noticed your UK overlay. . .. custom deal or online?

Thanks for the idea. I was getting my oil changed today so I bought these parts. 10 minutes later and it is on. It gives the back such a cleaner look. My dealer wanted 11.98 for the blade and 10.00 for the arm.
