2001 sport trac seat recline lever- driver
 

The seat recline lever in my 2001 ford sport trac is broken (DRIVER SIDE), could anyone tell me what year model is the same , twin mountaineer,aviator (?) , are the 2 dr seat same as four door...and maybe a part number for this...

The illustration is wrong in this link but I suspect the price is correct. Less than $7 for a new one.

Actually, I am looking for # 12 on that Print. (the actual recline Lever)

Can anyone tell me what FORD/ MERCURY models share the same seat mechanics. And if the 4 door and 2 door seats are the same?

THen I will just hunt the junk yards or Ebay..

I see that is the lever, now. If you click on that it says 01-05 and that's Sport Trac. I would suspect the Gen 2 (95-01) Explorer 4 doors would be also. The 2 door Sport may not be the same since the whole seat may travel forward to allow rear seat access. I don't know if the drivers side does this or not.

The photo shows cables or looks like it does. Here's an eBay auction to look at.
