What Engine / supercharger combo is used in the F150 Harley edition?
I ask because I own a 97 Exp 4X4 that has just turned 100K and is paid off. Now is the time to modify!
I am considering a solid front axle swap, and beefy motor, along with a good sized lift/tire combo. Would the Lightning / F150 HD supercharger be a good add on to my soon to be rebuilt (and re-inforced) 5.4?
Considering the number of grenaded engines out there, the supercharger may be a pretty easy commodity to aquire.

P.S. anyone with a line on a supercharger, (if compatable) let me know.

You need many more parts than just the super charger to make it work.
upper and lower intake manifold, heat exchangers, Throttle body, all of the pulley system, injectors, new alternator, etc, etc, etc,

Thanks, I would plan on buying the entire Engine / Trans / Computer system, and through the pieces parts create a unique powerplant.
What size Engine comes in the HD Edition?
