Thank you! Happy humping to you too!

My wifes the same way. I load up the back of the excursion with fishin poles, lanterns, blood bait and chicken livers...she says "ewww chicken livers on the seat". Such a baby. It's washable, got a bedliner floor, leather seats, easily cleaned. She also complains about stuff in the back, toolbox and such. Someday she'll understand why it's all important, haha.

Bdox 07-21-2010 01:01 PM

Mark, you have to explain to her that all those things are a part of the truck.

If she just wants something to keep clean, just get her a model of a truck in a glass case.

So what happen with the klutz at work and the job offer?

DRRXR 07-25-2010 08:13 AM

Good Morning Texas
Hey Woody
The idot at work that drove the fork lift into the overhead process lines. He pee tested clean, but I hear that some over the counter meds do not show up. I have pulled his Fork Truck license and he will be retrained. I will be the final approver if he gets it back or not. The MVA investigation on the incident is next week.

The job offer in MI. for me is still on going, Kim is real reluctant to move but the job offer is a great opportunity for me and would have long term benifits. But is it worth it?

Then there is family and friends here and my job here is okay and I earn a good living. In Mi. the weather sucks at times but there is no running from a hurricane. So we are still all up in the air on it. I posted in the Mi. chapter for some more information about living and working in Midland Michigan. The MI. chapter leader PM'ed me his phone I will call him a little later on today.

The job would pay to move me and would buy my home to sell it. Then I have the camper to deal with and would loose the nice lake lot that I worked so hard fixing it up. The 4 wheeler would have to be sold and the boat. Then we up root from here so I know why she is reluctant to move. Basically we have a nice set up here and family and friends near by. We would have 5 friends there and no family, unless my son wants to go too.

So I should decide in a week or so.
Thanks for asking.

Woody
thats a good one. There is alot that I like about where I live and then there is the hurricane threats. I also have to pay the State Wind Storm insurance and the Flood. flood is cheap but the Windstorm is high and really sucks. When ike damaged my roof in places they gave me the lowest dollar posible. I fixed the roof and the fence and left the ceiling in the living room with water stains in that I was sure that the storm did something to the chimney and I even told the inspector that. He said theres nothing wrong with it. Then we had a storm come through here that had 40 to 45 mph winds and it rained 12 inches. Well it started running in again. So up in the attic I went and made it drip into a bucket. Called the WS a whole (ha) again and they came by a week later and now its 2 weeks after that and still nothing.

Plan to do a little edging and weed eatting today and go to Lowes and buy some Stained Thompson Water seal and do the front side of the new fence.

Whats on your plate today?:-tap
