1988 F150 Wiring diagrams - Engine Swap 300 to 302
 

Hi everybody,

I am a newbie to this site and my question is: where can I get wiring diagrams for my 1988 F150 for both a 300 5 speed and a 302 FI 5 speed.

What I am doing is swapping a near-dead 300, piston pin knock, worn bearings, low oil pressure, over to a good 302 out of a 1986 F150. The 302 had an AOD behind it, but I want to keep the 5 speed.

I work for an auto parts distributor and I have a computer picked out, but I was gonna swap the harness from the 86 and just do the necessary mods to connect everything.

Any help would greatly be appreciated. And by the way, this is the first Ford I have owned in 25 years. So it's a learning curve all over again.
