So are any of you guys ready to give up your anonymity yet ,and say meet for weekend lunch or something?

Or would you rather wait until cruising season returns?

I'd love to get together but first I have to get my truck back together. I have the whole front clip dis-assembled and I'm trying to rustproof it.

I think it would be great to get together as soon as I get my steady bearing fabricated and the floor shifter mounted in my truck.
What are you guys doing the weekend after this one, my truck will be ready by then.

Gee, I really hope I do make it to that swap meet! Sure does sound like a good idea though... Is it all makes? Or just Ford???

I'm surprised Mark.
:)
Red Deer is the Biggest most complete swap meet in Alberta.
4 Buildings worth.

There is everything there.

I didn't know it was in March this year though.

I thought it was in April or May this year.

Dennis: You are surprised I haven't been there before? Yeah, me too... It's a shame, actually! I have only been to one swap meet in my life, which was in Edmonton back in the 80's... I loved it! Someone was selling a Cleveland for like 10,000 (M code quench)
bucks! Crazy...
I hope to take along some money if/when I go, because there will most likely be stuff there for me for at least one of my vehicles!
Are you going?
I wouldn't mind confirmation on the date, if anyone can give that, as well as directions???

Don't forget to bring a wagon !

It makes things a LOT easier to haul around.

A wagon, huh? All I have is a wheelbarrow... Maybe I can build one for swap meets! Paint it Ford blue...

A wagon works better than a wheelbarrow, trust me.

Your arms will wear out Pronto!

Don't forget the Edelbrock & STP stickers !

Oh yeah, right... The speed stickers will make it go faster! That is an old Nascar trick, isn't it?
:)

If I'm not mistaken, I think it's May 1st. The swap meet is pretty big with lots of everything !! Even if you don't buy anything, you can have a ball just checking stuff out. I will confirm the date and post later :D
