SCWIDVICIOUS 03-08-2010 12:03 PM

where at in NC will you be moving?

biggest snow i had this year was 8 inches or so.. you gotta watch the idiots on the roads who think they can still drive 60 though.... they are the ones that'll get ya.. happens about once every 8 to 10 years or so..

Welcome to NC.. as far as this chapter is concerned though... not much hope for it.. lol

we bought property in lumberton, really looking forward to liveing there. we got 70" total from 3 storms all in a 2 week period, I drive a snow plow for the state, so I got to see every minute of it. was home 3 times in 2 weeks to shower, and go back out. yes, I now hate snow.

Went to the truck pull in BigLick last Oct. Had a room in a Days Inn (can't remember the town :-X09 old age is setting in) mid way between BigLick an Rockingham so I could go to Biglick fri.and rockingham sat& sun. The number of trucks was so low that the truck pull was over a little after 9:00.:-X15 People were really pissed.

dustybumpers 03-08-2010 07:37 PM

yeah, I guess if I made a road trip, motel stay, and paid to get in, and the show was over at 9:30, I would be bent out of shape.

is that rockingham county, or the city of rockingham?

fuzzy1626 06-13-2010 09:10 AM

Rockingham Dragway "The Rock" 2153 US Hwy 1 N., Rockingham, NC
It's in Richmond County, across the road from Rockingham Speedway.

I check this forum pretty often. But I mostly stay busy in the 1994.5-97 Powerstroke forum.
