I'm kind of surprised some of the taller parts were alive cause the main trunks were nothing but powder in the middle. I still made a lot of apple too.

im probably gonna pull mine out one of these days... its not growing all that straight and all the apples fall off of it every year before theyre big enough to eat... want to pull it and plant another in its place... also think termites got to it at some point... that or carpenter ants..

I know mine was one ugly tree. It sure could produce though. More of a cooking type apple than anything else. The problem was the deer in the yard going after the apples.

mine would get about as wide as a quarter... maybe a 50 cent piece and fall off...

Ours were pretty small last year. I think cause it was so dry. Typically they were up to the size of a baseball. Tons of worms in them though.
