Suggestion on New Floor Mats

Anyone have any suggestions for a new set of rubber floor mats for my 2007 EL? I have the Ford "heavy duty" black rubber mats and they've not lasted as long as I had hoped. There are so many out there.

Thanks.

I like weathertech digital fit.

I just got a pair of the tan weather tech digital fits and I like them a lot. If I could do it over, I probably would have gotten the grey ones though. The tan is quite a bit darker that the tan that my interior has in it, but it doesn't look to bad.

I agree. I don't like the shade of tan. Maybe black would look good? Nice contrast?

I wish you would have told me that before I bought them :-), but with the winter we have had in Northern Kentucky, it has been nice having them. Now I just need to clean them, they are quite dirty now.

I hear you. With 5 kids in soccer, there is no option BUT a mat that covers most of the floor. I use simple green and a scrub brush then hose it down and air dry.

Weathertech front to rear and a Canvasback cargo mat, the only part of carpet showing in my Expy is a small area where the rear bucket seats latch to the floor,

So it sounds like you guys like the digital fit. Do you know anything about the WeatherTech All Weather mats?

Yea, they work have them in my wife's minivan and my last truck, 06 f-150 can't complain about them they will hold a lot of water as well, great for snow days etc, BTW the vent shades are great as well, fit and finish far better then the AVS shades

The fronts look just line the rears, but I can't find a photo.

You can see the raised lip better in the cargo area.

I run weathertech black with my stone interior/ingot silver exterior. The contrast is nice.

I have a 2010 EL, not sure if it is a slight change between years or what but my third row mat does not fit. It is about 2 inches too long front to back so my front is up on the seat supports for the second row. I wasn't super concerned because my third row has been used like twice.

Weathertech digital fit is the way to go!... used them while I had my 02 Explorer too!
I have the tan and yes the color is not the same.. but I'm used to it now.
I also have the weathertech mat that covers the 3rd row seat when they are down... and i use it like a truck bed...When I want to used the 3rd row I just roll up the mat.

Best investment IMHO..cause I know when I trade it in the carpet will look like new.

I also got the digital fit. Although not quite as flush as I would have liked, it does fit quite well. Cabela's may also offer a similar mat.

Here is the issue I am having with the third row digital fit for my 2010 EL. I spent a lot of my time on the phone with reps from weathertech explaining the issue. They pretty much said SOL, but did credit me $25 for the issue.

They should be pretty self explanatory on how they don't sit flush to the floor but up on the back of the second row brackets.

That's terrible. I wonder what "digital" instrument they use to measure that. Their visualization from eyeball connected digitally to the computer?
