Looks good, I did a little custom badge work the other night. I need to paint the red again and add some clear coat.

The Dent gets a new look.
Went to steelies and from 35s to 33s. |
Looking sharp with that steely 33 combo!
Today I'm putting on some Cleveland cylinder heads - Australia closed-chamber 2V units, decked .007" to finish. Should end up with about 10.7:1 compression on the 351 Cleveland... should be a lot of fun once she's together. - boingk |

I run 10.8 in my race car and cut it 50/50 with 100 octane. |

Thanks, I think with the black grill insert, black head light bezels, black flatbed and red/black interior combo that badge will blend right in. Maybe a black push guard or a chrome one after I clean it up?
I am on the fence about rim color and style..black old school 16.5 Jackman spokes, aluminum modular, 16.5 Hurricane fins with black back ground....I have a ways to go till I get there. |

Since you're "losing" chrome with the black/red badge, maybe you go with the black pushbar. Too much chrome gets a little gaudy looking... |

I have/had a black push guard on it and it looked good with the chrome grill insert and head light bezels.
But when I went to the black color insert/bezels (which look better IMO) the black push guard faded into the front end of the truck. Not the best pic..I even had a black front bumper at one time. |
Oops...double post
|
The chrome inserts would give nice contrast for the black bar, but have you considered red inserts/bezels?
If you have a good pic of the front, you could photoshop it for an idea before you actually do it |
