1969 F-100 Stepside WIW
 

Hey all, i am looking at a 1969 ford stepside. It has a 6 cylinder and three on the tree. Over all i would have to say in great shape, very little rust or major dents. I am just trying to find out a value of this truck. Are these rare? i dont see very many of them around?

Is it rare, possibly in your area, value is in the eyes of the beholder, it's worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

Could be $500.00 in one area, $1500.00 in another, either way it's no Shelby Cobra Mustang.

i bought mine in seatle for 400 bucks. and there they are a dime a dozen. here in jersey its like a novelty and people pay several times that. i have seen similar ones online for $3 large.

and what something is worth isnt always what someone is willing to pay either. like you can kbb a volkswagen for instance and is says $5 large, but on craigslist people are only asking and getting $3.5 large
the economy and gas prices and whatnot can affect a truck alot too, especially one that is not famous for sipping gas out of a little coffee mug. more like thru a funnel at a college party.

I have a 1969 6ft step-side for sale in Upstate New York 60 miles south of Albany 30 miles north of Poughkeepsie. It has 54000 original miles was a farm truck. Has some rust but very solid, hood fender and grille very clean and straight. Floors are solid except the seam that runs along rocker panels. Rockers are solid, the driver door needs a lower skin and and looks like the back cab supports need work cab mounts are all good. The bed is solid but needs new wood and gate fenders are solid but would all need to be taken off cleaned up and re sealed to box with weather stripping. Steps are solid etc. Very easy restoration, interior is perfect but very dirty as it was a farm truck. Dash is all perfect. Documentation to show it was bought locally from dealer in 1969 I am 2nd owner. It would make an easy restoration runs like a little sewing machine 240 six cyl. 3 on the tree runs and shifts very smoothly. I bought it to restore but am to busy with a 1964 custom cab restoration and need to get rid of it as winter is coming and need the space asking $1500.00 I will take some photos and post soon.
