Member list cleaning question
 

Ok I wanted the chapter members opinions on this and I'll set it up with a vote.

I was forwarded a DE chapter member list and many people are not active. My plan is (even though it lowers our numbers) eliminate the inactive. I want your opinion on weather you think they should just be deleted or emailed with and option to stay. This will only effect people who have been inactive for at least 6 month. Personally I think if they havent been around in 6 month chances are they wont be but I know some think they should get a chance. I will take the root that the vote decides.

Maybe send them an email and give them 30 days to check in, if not then delete them....Just my 2 cents......

Yep, I'm for the E-mail, at least you can say you gave them a chance.
