i would love to come but realistically i don't think i'll be able to make it, my best friend's (basically family) uncle's house burnt down tonight so i will probably be helping them out instead of working on my truck to get it ready

Yea, I had woke up, and thought to myself, why did I have so much free time to work on my house yesterday? Oh no, yesterday was sunday! Haha just not the right sunday! :)

Well, just got back and he said everything is going as planed, he would just like to see some more swelling to go down. So, I'll keep up my care and I say I got a good shot at making down to meet everybody. I'll keep yaa all posted..:)

Hope the swelling keeps going down Mike..Now they are saying a chance of some crappy weather for sunday now...I hope not. Really what to meet and hang with everyone..

Let's hope it's not too bad on Sunday, snow is OK but no ice. You have the same problem I have in the Excursion, I can't stop on ice!!!!!!!!

Getting there isn't a problem....If it snows or we have ice I will be plowing and salting...

They are calling for a winter mix here on sun too, not sure If I can make it since I get paid to sit in the truck and wait untill they figure out if they need me or not.

Chris, we are all watching the weather closely and hopefully know something by Friday.

At last check with Weather World (out of State College), the weather is calling for a chance of spotty snow showers. I will post a link to them in the morning if I get a chance. They are predicting a dull day weather wise. Lets hope it continues to stay that way!

Im a "subcontracter" for a company called US Lawns. I do some govt. buildings so Im there waiting to make sure no snow builds up anywhere. If I could keep the property completly dry they would have me do it...:-X05

Well folks, I completely forgot about the deadline until now but my swelling issues in my leg are still present. I'm not going to be able to make it down. I was really hoping to make it. If there's even a chance of me just stopping by for an hour or so I would need to have my wife drive me(to keep my leg propped up), so we'll see for just for a visit.. Really bummed out..

Mike, sorry to hear the swelling is still bothering you, I hope you get better soon. As for not being able to make it, that is completely understood. Take care of your health first, there will be plenty more gtg's in the near future. If you and you're wife decide to make the trip, that is fine too. Hang in there!
