Wiring Diagrams, Radio Pinouts Ford Expedition
I am looking for the Radio Pinout/Wiring Diagram or Schematic Whatever it needs to called for:
2003 Ford Expedition With Navigation 2003 Ford Expedition WithOUT Navigation 2005 Ford Expedition With Navigation 2005 Ford Expedition WithOUT Navigation I need all the plug pinouts that come with the vehicle...not your basic red black orange and speaker wires. I am looking for the Harness Side Diagrams for Each I believe on the 05 There are 3 (possibly 5) The same may go for the 03 Expy.... If you can come up with an O7 Expedition Pinout as well that would be great!! I do not want to be directed to a check here its only 24.95 or whatever I have been searching for about a month and have come up with just about every option except what I need. Also...if any =one knows the exact perfect of the MUX units serve besides a requirment if you have SAT and RSE, what does it do? Thanks in Advance |
Go to the12volt.com and sign up (free). They have wiring diagrams for those years on their site for free.

pinouts
I have found those entries as well, they are general pinout descriptions, each of which is not very helpful. None of which show the CAN BUS System, the actual harness pinouts, Navigation Pinouts, VSS or any other importtant info.
Those are great if you are hooking up a stereo and bought adapter plugs, this is available on the package of the plug. I need the wiring schematics to know where they go in the cars. It is not possible to put a nav radio from an 03 into an 05 unless it was factory wired, you cannot put a nav radio from an 07 into an 03-06. By obtaining these diagrams/schematics I will be able to figure out open harness pins and where they could go. So if anyone has the schematic/diagrams/pinouts or whatever a person likes to call these un-obtainable documents, please let me know. Thank You |

I do not know anyone with access to AllData. Thats the problem. Its easy to find the simple wiring pinouts. The schematics I need are going to help figure the problem out and how things work.
I also want to know what exactly the MUX unit is for when using satellite and if you can remove the satellite and install something else if the MUX can be used similar to a bypass and allow for other items to be installed, whether it be aftermarket stereo, or input adaptors |

Alldata doesn't let you copy, paste, save to file, etc. any of their info

circumvent-tation begin...
Not sure if anyone has followed or stumbled across this, but curios if there has been progress to the hunt for these Documents... Thanks |
If anyone still needs access to wiring diagrams, I have some access to the Ford Technician documents. They need to be pretty specific, as they cover every harness and connector in every vehicle.
Post requests and I will see what I can provide. I am not sure how to post anything other than pics on the forum, so for those who need the diagrams (in pdf file format), you will need to provide an email address to send the attachment(s) to. You can send the email address to me via my user profile (I think - just add me as a friend via the cp). MD |

Expy Pinout
I sent you over a message and my email...Thanks, not sure if you will see this post as well, but I forgot to include Vehicles with Navigation and Vehicles without Navigation as well as the Audiophile Sub 6 Disc Changer Systems.

The diagrams are all-inclusive - you just need to select the section that applies. I have to generate the pdf's from the web-site pages, so it will take awhile to get them all generated. Should have them by the end of the week. The site I get them from is sometimes unfriendly, as it uses a some ActiveX and Java plugins that sometimes lock up the browser, and it's only compatible with Internet Explorer 7 and below. But all the information is there and available, and in the most detailed format available.

I sent you some diagrams via the email you sent.
I can also send a screen shot of what is available on the web-site - if the info I sent isn't enough, then you could just select from the options available on the site.
