Creating a User Gallery?

When I go to the user gallery I don't see the link to create a user gallery. Anyone know what is going on?

Creating a User Gallery?

After you go to the "user gallery", in the upper lefthand corner of the "gallery pictures" there is a tab called "Manage" your gallery. Click on this and then you can "create"...have fun!
