It is very important to PRE-REGISTER. The Carlisle peeps will use the pre-registrations to determine how much parking space they will provide us for the club tent.

They will not give us a special rate. As for a block, we always ask and they somehow seen to accomodate us, but will not block off a section.

Be sure to mention MidAtlantic Ford Trucks anyway.

If your talking about the Hampton Inn they just told me there are 15 rooms with 6 left (as of 9:30EST 2/23/10)for MidAtlantic FTE. The rate is kind of spacial as the weekend normal rate is $159.

Still up in the air about going. Got some $95 rates through the online hotel places at other hotels. Those are about filled up in Carlisle already.

Hopefully I will know by the end of the week what is going on. Also have to see if I can get the time off.
