Looks like a great time...one of the guys I work with has flown up there a few times.
I believe that the museum owns a prototype Mustang...truly one of a kind...that Ford has been trying to buy back for years. I don't know if it;s on display or not. I've thought of heading up there...but...it's about a 260 mile drive!!! |
oh PUSHAW Ken, 260 miles to see a prototype Mustang? Geezums! oh and they have a cool display of horse carriages, to include an original Gypsy Vardo. Pretty awesome. There is a picture of it on the web site but they don't do it justice. The Mustang is on display but what I think is equally impressive is the 1885 Benz. that is just cool. But my favorite piece is the 1958 BMW Isetta, nicknamed Das Rollende Ei — the rolling egg. That's Wicked cool!
