95 7.3 fuel system diagram?? also truck won't start.
 

i can't start my truck at all, i replaced the batteries, gps and still wont start i check the fuel filter and its full, i had my son cranked the engine while i checked for fuel coming out of the fuel valve that is located on the right side of the fuel filter bowl and there is very little fuel coming out its that normal or i have a fuel pump problem? is there only one fuel pump on this truck or it has more than one? i have two fuel tanks in it. What's the cps and how do you check it? where can i get a fuel system diagram for my truck? i like to check for obstructions in it in advance thanks for your advise.

cps: while cranking the engine, the tach should move up to about 200 rpms.
Theres only one pump in the valley of the engine.
You can test fuel pressure with a tire pressure gauge (only a few times before its wasted)
Put a charger on the batteries, it wont start with low voltage.

how much pressure the tire pressure gauge should read?

while cranking the tach hardly moves, nothing close to the 200 rpm though.

fuel pressure should be 50-70 psi. Id charge the batteries before trying again.

i have the truck in my friend's landscaping yard 5 miles from home, i'll charge the batteries and i'll check for fuel pressure i'll post as soon as i get back thanks.

I charged the batteries and checked the oil on the hpop which it was little low, i went to harbor f/t and purchased a fuel pressure gauge, it was only 14 dls, the fuel pressure was fluctuating between 40 and 50 psi but it reached that pressure not until the third long crank, and after that the truck finally started, i warmed it up for about 15 minutes and then turn it off to see if it'll restart and it was pretty much the same as the beginning it took three or four long cranks even though the engine was already warm, after the first crank i notice a gain of fuel pressure only to be 10 psi after the second crank the pressure went up to 25 to 30 psi, and on the third crank it finally got to the mid forties and that's when it start again, i turn it off about a minute latter and tried to restart it again right after, and it took only one long crank to start instead of three long ones when i wait little longer to crank again, i notice there was a drop of fuel pressure on the gauge to the upper 30's and with the long crank the pressure when up to 45 psi and that's how it starts, is it normal for the fuel to dropped pressure right after the engine is turn off?

I had my truck sitting for 18hrs and it had 0 fuel pressure. I had my pressure gauge on it while cranking and it would start right around 5psi of fuel pressure. fuel pressure continued to rise smoothly til 90psi on my truck, guess i should turn down my fpr mod or it could just be cold fuel.
After 30 mins, I have 0 fuel pressure.
