Is this info correct 365 hp for 1997 Lightning engine?

I've been told that an engine I'm looking at is from a 1997 Lightning Truck and that it is rated at 365hp. I'm unable to find data that confirms this. Is this info accurate?

Thanks for any assistance you can offer!

Thank you for the reply. You have enlightened me as to why I could not find info on a '97 Lightning. An additional question regarding the Lightning engine: Does the block for the '93-'95 Lightning have the same motor mounts as the 5.0L 302? I ask this question as I have a '99 Laforza SUV with a Ford 5.0L 302 (Bronco) set up with speed/density that needs rebuilding/replacement. The engine has 14,000 miles and needs to be rebuilt as it has a compression reading on 35 in #8 cyl.The car weights 5,200 lbs and could used more low end torque. One suggestion I have received is to put a Linghtning engine in. The car has the Ford AOD transmission. Can anyone offer any suggestions on this?

Thank you.

Is the engine you are looking at ebay item #1839836741. 93-95 Lightnings had 240hp not 365 also redlines at 5000rpm not 6000 as the seller lists. Yes a 351w uses the same mounts/bellhousing bolt pattern as 302. Some of the accessory brackets are different.

Yes, the motor on ebay was the one I was looking at. Can you tell me what the torque rating was on the '95 Lightning engine as for my application torque is more important that HP, but I do understand there is a relationship between the two?

It only redlines at 5K? I did not know that. My Bronco with the 351W redlines at 6K, and I just figured that the Lightning was similar in that respect.

I had a 93 Lightning. The specs I was told by the dealer was 275 horse, but I can't remember the torque. Wasn't it the non-Lightning that put out only 240 HP?

The Lightning put out 240 horse and 350 lb ft of
torque from '93 to '95
