Well Ed...sounds like you've got plenty of Ford experience. I sure miss my 86 F150 Lariat XLT SuperCab...it had the 300 ci and was a dream...till it got totaled.

Since you're already up north, think about going to Carlisle with us in August for the All Truck Nationals. We (the FTE) has a group that goes and sets up camp for the weekend and we just have a blast.

Joe

Archion 03-19-2009 03:35 PM

It's still in the plans, I also have that power bar of yours as well. I thought you were supposed to be up my way at some point last year, that was the last I heard from you...

I'll say!

Welcome aboard Ed! I know how it feels to have to put your truck down... I did that to my '84 Ranger with 293k miles in Sept 2007, RIP.

I'll be at the All Ford Nats as well. According to the Carlisle website its only 77 days, 9 hours, 24 minutes, 54 seconds away!

msgtg 03-20-2009 07:10 AM

Yeah Matt...my bad Dude. I'm up to my eyeballs again...with more stacking up on the porch! LOL

See you in Carlisle Pal!

Joe

Dave Sponaugle 03-21-2009 09:17 PM

Welcome to the chapter 86halfton.

I have a slightly larger version.

msgtg 03-22-2009 08:11 AM

The Dirt Devil is 'slightly larger'? That's like saying the sun is bright! LOL

Joe

Dave Sponaugle 03-22-2009 10:21 AM

The sun is bright.

I remember from the last time I saw it, even though it has been several days.

msgtg 03-22-2009 03:49 PM

Yeah this weather is great! Yesterday I had my helper with me and we broke up and hauled 6 loads of asphalt to use as fill here on the properties.

Today...I'm just sittin here reminding myself that my wife is right...as usual...I'm NOT 35 any more and when I get a full day of labor in...I pay like hell for it the next day! LOL

Joe
