NAKED WOMEN
Hope this got someones attention. I own a '91 x-cab 2wd Ranger that is lowered 6" in front and 6 3/4" in the rear. Can anyone tell me if my driveshaft is too long for this in the long run? And also, can I please get a hint on what degree shim to correct my pinion angle? Thanks in advance.

To my deepest shame, I must admit you got my attention.
Regarding the driveshaft. I assume you have driven it since it was lowered. In that case put it up on a lift and see if the wear marks on the front of the driveshaft, from the tranny seal are still a little ways from the flaring of the driveshaft. In any case I would plan on replacing that seal when it starts leaking since it will wear down the dust and rust on the shaft at the expense of the seal. You would know real quick if the drive shaft is too long by the failure of the seal or hammering of the shaft against the tranny housing. Your other ? Sorry, I was distracted by a short skirt and don't remember what it was. :7 98 F250LD 4X4 |
