Hello from South Dakota!

Hey all...glad to see a Wyoming Chapter. I am currently in the Air Force stationed out side of Rapid City. My wife is from Wyoming, and we are always over there visiting. After we got married, I changed my state resdiceny there! I lived in Cheyenne when I was a kid, My dad was in the Air Force stationed there. I have alot of fond memories of Wyoming, and have always wanted to go back. Once I retire from the military..8 more years!!, We plan on moving somewhere in the state....

Glad to meet you all!

Hey Mike. Thank you for stopping by and especially thank you for serving our country. I am a life long resident of Wyoming however my girlfriend spent her first 18 years in South Dakota so we are up there visiting all the time. I am not a member of the armed forces but I do support work for the Wyoming Army and Air National Guard units. If you move back to Wyoming, Cheyenne would be happy to have you.

Howdy Mike! Thanks for dropping in, I too can relate to the desire to transplant. I'm originally from Kansas. Joined the Army out of high school, came up to visit my wife's parents while still in the service and got hooked. Of course, I had to come visit while it was hunting season... spent a week hunting elk near Bondurant and fell in love with the Wyoming mountains. We moved here as soon as I got out, and I've been here ever since. That was 6 years ago, and I don't regret it one bit. In fact, the rest of my family has been slowly moving up here from Kansas too! My high school buddy is even moving his family and his parents up here next summer!

Thank you for your military service, and feel free to drop in and say hi anytime.
