Did I read you covered around 3500 miles on your trip?

Yep - Up through California and Oregon and on up to Spokane, Wa. Took a side trip to central Washington to fish. One of the nieces lives in Coeur d'Alene, Id, so we went back and forth from Spokane (only about 30 miles).
Came home through Idaho, Western Montana, Idaho again, Utah, a little piece of Arizona, Nevada and across California from the east. Believe it or not, the route we came home is about 50 miles shorter than the route we took up.

Wow that is some trip. Hopefully you didn't have any rough weather or vehicle troubles. I saw you posted so your broad band wireless card must have worked well for you.

The PSD ran like a top - almost 20 mpg.

Weather was fine - a little chilly at night but that's what clothes are for.

I was on SNL last week and Liz said you had a good time visiting.

Yes we did - she's quite a gal.

She has an hour and a half drive home from work, but still hung around for a couple hours to visit and give us a tour.

Yeah she seems like a good hearted person. I would love to climb up one of those tower, just to see the view of the sky line.

SNL is the online chat group here on FTE. I have been on a couple of times. Steve is on quite often.

I was not sick Doug. I was actually doing some othewr things on saturday and was not on alot.
