428/726 on an 04 Stock (Tuned) 6.0L

Ran the same tune as I did last year and did a little bit better with the new motor and non leaking heads. Only got one good torque reading as the white lettering on the fan belt was throwing it off. All in all, I'm quite satisfied with the results for a stock motor. Next up is either a FASS or AirDog and a regulated return. Then some sticks, turbo, and possibly an intercooler. :-headbang

Nice numbers. The fuel system mods should get you up to that 450RWHP mark.

It was also nice to finally meet up with you at the show:-drink

i put down the numbers in my sig running a very conservative custom hybrid race that i asked matt to detune and be super safe. don't let the safeness fool you my truck hauls ass and blows smoke at low boost.
i feel good knowing that if i ask matt to turn up the tune my truck will put down some hp solid numbers like you. i was very proud of the torque my truck through down even with this safe tune i'm running.

Do you have the dyno sheets to post up? I was going to run the Hybrid race tune, but I didn't have the time to drive around and relearn the tranny. My next mod is most likely going to be an AirDog w/ a Raptor and maybe a water/meth injection. After that I'll explore the turbo/injectors/intercooler upgrade.

i will see if i can find it. i remember that the ink was really light so it was hard to read the curves but you could see the max hp/tq #'s.
i was thinking about water/meth too because my EGT's can get high with my stock turbo and bigger sticks.

i might get to dyno next weekend so i will post up that sheet because i think i lost my other one. the printer was messed up and the ink was all fadded anyways but i could see the curves if i looked hard enough.

i am going to call spartan tomorrow and see if they can get me dyno only tune. i think i will get 3 pulls so maybe if they let me switch tunes, MAYBE but i don't want to waist everyones time, then i will try my Econ, Hybrid, and New Dyno. that would be cool but i don't know if they will let me.

I wouldnt bother switching tunes. Stick with one tune so you can make sure the curves are uniform.

ASE custom tune max rwhp was 369.96 with max torque of 582.22 ft/lbs

they let me take to pulls on my ASE and then i swithed to my custom Hybrid Race and that put down max 371.77 rwhp & 600.41 ft/lbs tq.

about what i expected except i didn't think that the ASE and Hybrid would dyno so similar. i think i will run the ASE for now until i can get a hold of spartan and figure out about my shifting issues with that tune.

kinda bummed though that i couldn't get a high power dyno tune from spartan in time/at all. all the guys there had duramaxs and it would have been nice for a powerstroke to throw down some good numbers. will post dyno sheets later tonight.
