I know Steve but it still kicks my azz. I have to take a nappy after taking it. I'm soooooo delicate you know.

I got some stronger stuff then that. I don't like taking it also. When I get up I felt like I was hung over

George glad that it is not anything worse than a pulled muscle.

Sometimes you have to do it. If you don't, you'll end up over working the stuff that's still in good condition and end up with a new set of problems.
