Morning Neil, Chris & Ken

Backie is giving me fits. Can't sit, can't lay down, standing and walking is ok but I'm getting tired doing that. The meds seem to work, but make me want to sleep, which I did last night from 6:30p to 4:00a this morning. Certainly will need a nappy this afternoonie. Hope the boss understands. lol

Hmmmm... I wonder who the boss is??????

Several years ago I was in a car accident and I strained my shoulder/upper back and the doc gave me some muscle relaxants and boy did those suckers work great. Not to long after taking one, I was out cold and slept like a baby all night.

Good Morning all! George, is this from that dog thing, or did you hurt it differently?

glruff 09-03-2008 08:26 AM

Morning Pat, no this is from last Friday afternoonie. Was laid up all weekend.
Reached over to pick something not too heavy up, and snap, pulled muscle in the lower back.

Ouch! I hate that, when your back gets hurt from doing next to nothing!! Last winter, I took a deep breathe, and somehow managed to throw my back into a spasm. Hurt for two days. Hope you feel better quick George!
