Powertrain Control/Emissions Diagnosis (PC/ED) Manual

I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with my truck, I have the link for the shop service manual but it says to see the Powertrain Control/Emissions Diagnosis (PC/ED) Manual for what I'm looking at. Anyone have a link for it?
