94 lightning mass air flow conversion?
I have found a donor truck with mass air flow and installed all of the duct work on top.I just need some help with the driver side oxygen sensor that also has the transmission wiring. The transmission wiring plugs are different they dont fit should i splice my old ones or look for another way?Anything will help thanks

Does the donor truck have an E4OD or a 4R70W?
I dont know i got everything from the junk yard. How can you tell the difference in the trans?Another thing that i came across is the donor truck had the vin starting with 2F i think its from canada i cant find a EGR valve connector?
Comapare the transmission pans. The E4OD will be larger than a 4R70W
I think it is a 4R70W the pan is different.I put my original wiring from my transmission and i test drove it and it shifts normal even with out the driver side oxygen sensor.Should i just keep looking for the E40D wiring with the oxygen sensor?
Is there any way i can wire up the driver side oxygen sensor from the computer?I cant find a truck with mass air flow and E40D to put on mine any help.
The E4OD/EEC-4 ECU is probably not equipped to accept a second O2, even with aftermarket tuning. Get the stock O2 sensor as close to the exhaust collector as possible and it'll work fine.
You meen the passenger side O2?I changed the computer that came with the mass air donor.
If this is the same ECU that you've been running since the swap, then yes.
If i move the stock O2 up more,I dont need the second O2?Should that take care of my check engine light it came on after the swamp?By the way nice truck.
I had several e4od maf equipted trucks. They all have had only 1 o2 sensor .
Will my check engine light go away with one O2?I live in Sothern California smog is strict over here.

94 lightning mass air flow conversion problems
I did a conversion on my truck and i have a check engine light on.Bank 2 to lean.Do i need the driver side o2 sensor? Is there any way to get by that?
Just for reference: The ECM code for a Mass-air 351 w/ E4OD is AKCO as per the original Motorsport mass-air conversion. Don't know if that helps any.
The AKC0 does not use/need a second sensor, however, there are a few that do. If you have one of those then you can wire and plumb in a second O2 sensor; you'll need a print that shows where to connect the wires too.
