Congrats JR!

glruff, I wish I had extra money to show for it, I ate up all those extra funds lol.

I'm down 14 lbs Bdox. Just 66 million more to go.....

Lol, you're funny Riggers. I have the same problem. All those times that I would have lit up a smoke now I stuff some food in my face instead. Used to be 180 or 185 and now I just can't seem to get under 200. It's not enough to consider stomach surgery, Maybe I should swallow a balloon for breakfast to make me think I ate something.

Hey, good for you JR! You can do it amigo!

I quit one time thirty some years back. Then my wife [of that time,] offers me a somke and I took it. Then I thought, cool that didn't hurt me. But withing a week of so I was right back to a pack a day. So when I quit this time I never have even toyed with the idea of having "just one." Not worth the risk. Hang in there pal, you can doit if you have really made up your mind and it sounds like you have. Cheers!! :-X22

I fell off my wagon for a few days bdox (regarding the diet) but I'm back on now. Maybe I can get another 10 lbs off or so.....

riggers 04-12-2013 08:44 AM

Great job JR!

jr32560 04-18-2013 07:23 AM

well it's been 17 days still no smoking
using the lozenges instead of the patch
most days-breathing and smelling better :)

riggers 04-18-2013 07:42 AM

Congrats JR!

I am still a quitter when it comes to smoking.......but I'm a real QUITTER when it came to dieting. Though 10 lbs of it seems to have really stayed off. So hard to watch 5 kids eat like 5 kids can eat and not want any of it!

Congrats to both of you. Keep up the good work! :)

Hey Junior - are you still your happy-go-lucky self, or are you grindin' your teeth a lot? :D

Congrats Jr. It only gets easier from here.

Taste buds coming back to like, everything smells better and best of all in another week or so, no more hacking, death rattle coughs.

I appreciate all the support from everyone
It keeps me on the straight and narrow :)
