between Fed and state liability....as of today we're done with those burdens. in 1900 it was very early January.
it'll never be our money Neil...lots of other ways to steal it from us..the new Thruway increase for example. |
That's why I don't use the Thruway. Actually the last time I was on it was July 2006 when I was with my fire department and we were returning from down in Deleware County helping out after all of the flooding that they had.
