Biodiesel Advice for a Newbie
 

Finally going to have to make the plunge into making my own fuel as there is no end in site. Few questions that I'm sure that everyone gets, I try try the search function, but I just don't have the nack even google doesn't like me.

A. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to use a kit or unless there is a place that has detailed diagrams on how to make that even the town idiot can follow(not mechanically minded) so is there a good processing setup that won't cost an arm and a leg that people recommand or a place to get wiring instructions in order to build one?

B. Does and don'ts that people have learned along the way that would help avoid pitfalls for me? I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to have a few fuel filters on hand after ???? fillups(what would be the usual safe bet? I know it's not fool proof, but some type of guideline)

C. Feel free to say anything on this, if there is a good reliable internet source(I'm new to the actual processing part for homebrew so i can't validate it's reliability), please let me know.

Well it looks like open space is the issue with me and dealing with some of those chemicals. I might just have to keep bending over and taking it til either everything somewhat gets back on track or something better comes along a few yrs down the road.

your other choice is convert your truck to run WVO.

Just be aware that if there is a fuel related problem with engine. The claim might be denied. I hate loosing a warranty claim

I don't think they would honor any engine warranty claim at this point rather or not I stuck with regular diesel or went with biodiesel.

You are probably right about the warantee
