Truck Parts Orderd

I ordered new Chrome rims 18x9, 35x12.50x18 All Terrain Tires, MX-6 Shocks and a Tonneau cover today. It will take 3 - 4 weeks to paint my truck. The damage is now a little over $11,000.00 today. This is a start and for the first time in days I am feeling a little better. My truck will look better than before it was cut and ripped up. I almost traded it in on a Wrangler Saturday but I don't want someone to change my life by vandalizing my truck.

Good for you Sam. Now just get it together so you can come down and pull with me.

The rims and tires will not fit my truck. I have 35" tires on stock rims now I was going with Pro Comp 1059 in chrome 18x8.5 and Pro Comp 35x12.50x18 tires. Now they told me 33" tires will fit but not 35" tires. Will this look ok or will there be to much wheel well showing?

I think you need to put the leveling kit on to fit the 35s sam.

I thought he already had a leveling kit?

Do they not fit because of off set?

DAFBFD58 04-03-2008 08:32 AM

Sam, How do they not fit? This is key info. Like Brian said it could be the offset/backspacing, how ever you know it. Are the new tires wider then your old ones? Help me out so I can get you running again.

Hey sam. Whats the word on your truck man?

skirk55 04-10-2008 07:05 PM

It will take 3 to 4 weeks to get it back. I just found out yesterday I have to go and get surgery soon. I knew for a while but I did not go to the Dr. I think I screwed up on this one. At least I got to drive my riding mower today!

savage2211 04-10-2008 07:07 PM

Sam...you need to take care of yourself man.......Hope it's not too bad,,, # to 4 weeks is not bad,,,just feels that way.....

Sam Hopefully they will get your truck done early. It sucks that you have to go in for surgery.
