Yeah, there are people around my area that actually have those. I see em' in the morning on my commute. There's a really nice Cummins that's all chromed out and lifted lookin good and has a skin color nutsack hangin from his hitch. I just don't get it. How tacky, seriously.

Well I don't know about making a bill to outlaw them, but personally I think that they are tacky. I wouldn't ever put any on my truck, but I also think that if people want to do that then they should be able to.
