HEY! One of our boys needs back up...

Bob Hare is from the south.

More importantly he's got a real sweet 1930's truck in the Christmas and New Years picture contest, and if you ain't been there come take a look! Here's the link:

Most the rest of the contestants are YANKEES...

I voted already.

I would be seriously suprised if thewiz voted outside of the 50's trucks, I'd have picked a fifty-something if I was him. I hope your 54 is coming along good - my own little monster is in the slow lane right now, though I'll be doing a temp fit of the rear axle I got for it.

There's a yankee or two screaming that I rigged the vote, but shucks, all I did was bring it up in all the southern states! :)

There was a beautiful '47 flatbed dually that I wish had made the finals too - you can find it on the last pages of the original contest thread, the one before the finals.

Hopefully we'll see TheWiz427's new beast in the next contest, ain't sure when it will be. Easter maybe... Definitely spring. Maybe start it up in february and let it roll through march.

Lotta nice trucks out there and people are staging better pictures too!

Easter.....Spring......Hah! I'm doing the brake and fuel lines along with fitting the gas tank now. Probably won't be to the cab till sometime late summer, I figure maybe the summer of 09.....Maybe. It's moving along like a herd of turtles.
